Great sake, made easy to love. Anywhere, with anyone.
01
Why we started.
Sake can feel formal, distant, or hard to understand. In Japan it isn't. It's poured with friends, family, and food, any day of the week.
We wanted that here: real, premium sake that's easy to pick up, easy to drink, and better shared.
02
Brewed in Niigata.
We partnered with Kaganoi Shuzo in Itoigawa, one of the oldest breweries in Niigata, with centuries of craftsmanship behind every batch. Founded in 1650 on the old post road along the Sea of Japan, it was rebuilt after the 2016 Itoigawa fire.
