Whether you are a sake enthusiast or a cocktail connoisseur, these creations are designed to tantalize your taste buds and elevate your drinking experience.

What is Sake?

For the uninitiated, sake is a traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. Often referred to as "rice wine," sake has a unique brewing process that sets it apart from other types of alcohol. Its delicate flavors and versatile nature make it an excellent base for a variety of cocktails, allowing for endless creativity and experimentation.

The Art of Sake Cocktails

Our sake cocktails are crafted with the utmost care, balancing the subtlety of sake with bold and exciting flavors. Here’s a sneak peek at some of our signature creations:

Frozen WESAKE Sangria


  • 3 oz WESAKE
  • 1.5 oz UME Plum Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Magdala Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Bacardi Light
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Combine all ingredients together and mix in a blender with lots of ice  

Note: Hibiscus Syrup Combine water, dehydrated hibiscus flowers, and sugar. Place the mix on a stovetop and bring to a simmer, mixing gently. Let it simmer for about 20-30 min until about 20-30% of total water volume is evaporated. Strain all solids from syrup. Cool and reserve in the fridge for the sangria



  • 1.5 oz WeSake
  • 0.5 oz Mezcal
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Matcha Simple Syrup

Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake, strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.

Sake Lychee Martini


  • 1.5oz Lychee Puree (See Notes)
  • 1oz WESAKE
  • .5oz Titos Vodka
  • .5oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

All all ingredients to shaker tin filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fine
strain over fresh ice in a martini/coupe/nick n’ nora glass. Garnish with a lychee fruit ona pick.

Lychee Puree:
Buy Lychee Perfect Puree or blend a can of lychee into a puree as needed.

Aka Roses


  • 1.5 oz WESAKE
  • .75 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Dragonfruit Syrup


Dragonfruit Syrup Recipe

  1. Equal parts (weighed, in grams) red dragonfruit and white sugar blended together with 3g Citric Acid.


  • Add ingredients to shaker tin filled with ice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds.
  • Fine strain into a white wine glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish with sliced dragonfruit.

Ocha Kiwi Highball

Forget sake bombs. This kiwi cocktail brings sophistication and a little sweetness to sake. No sushi required.


  • 1.5 oz WESAKE
  • 1 oz Genmaicha Infused Vodka
  • 1.5 oz kiwi shrub
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz club soda


Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Fine strain into a Collins glass filled with ice Top with club soda. Garnish with a fresh kiwi dollar.
