Junmai Ginjo translates to "pure rice sake" with rice milled to 60% of it's original size. It's clean, balanced, and easy to sip.
Made with only four simple and clean ingredients
Our sake is made using only 4 simple and clean ingredients: rice, water, koji, and yeast. No additives or sulfites added.
Premium-grade sake, like our Junmai Ginjo, is recommended to be served chilled as this accentuates the fruity notes and floral aromas.
