We bring you real Japanese sake from one of the oldest breweries in the country — founded in 1650, in Itoigawa, Niigata — and put it in a single 180ml can you can crack open anywhere. No decanting. No "is it warm or cold?" debate. No half-empty bottle staring at you from the fridge for two weeks. Just one perfect pour, ready when you are.

What's inside
Brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice and mineral well water pulled from beneath the Japanese Alps — the same way they've been doing it for 375 years. The flavor is unmistakably Niigata: dry, crisp, clean, with notes of green apple, steamed rice, and a peppery finish that disappears in the best way.
