Our canned Junmai Ginjo sake is gentle and incredibly easy to drink. It features aromatic fruity notes such as melon, grapes, and sweet rice. Each sip is even, with a rounded out, dry finish up.
Lighter and less acid than wine, cleaner than spirits, while more elevated and packing a better punch than beer and seltzer.
Our Junmai Ginjo style sake is made using only 4 clean ingredients (rice, water, koji, and yeast). No additives or sulfites added.
High-quality sake, like our Junmai Ginjo, will taste best when served chilled as this accentuates the fruity notes and floral aromas. It can also be enjoyed warm if desired.

Brewed in Kobe, Osaka, a famous sake-brewing hub given it’s ideal climate and water sources, which include pristine spring water from Mt. Rokko, and the famous Miyamizu located in Nishinomiya.
